cream cheese & cucumber tea sandwiches.

cream cheese and cucumber tea sandwiches. 
with or without sprouts 

~vegan cream cheese - daiya chive & onion or regular OR Tofutti 
~sliced soft italian, white or rye bread. (read ing to make sure its vegan)
~cucumber - washed, peeled and thinly sliced.
~fresh dill - chopped well
~fresh mint - chopped well (optional)
~salt & pepper to taste

how to:
1. mix fresh dll & mint with cream cheese

2. spread a thin layer on each side of your bread

3. add cucumber and sprouts (if your using sprouts), salt & pepper to taste.

4. close sandwich and trim crust off, make long pieces, triangles or circles.
